Do I bring anything with me on the day? | Please present a Photo ID, Mastercard or Debit Card, Medicare, Health Care Card, Commonwealth Seniors Card and Pensioner Card to our team of friendly reception staff for correct billing purposes |
Is there onsite parking? | Yes. We are located on the corner of Main Rd and Elsa Court, Eltham. Patient parking is accessible via Elsa Court. |
Is it wheelchair friendly? | Yes, we have a ramp entry making it easily accessible |
Do you take new patients and walk ins? | Yes. We are accepting new patient and walk ins. We kindly request that all walk-ins wait patiently as one of our dedicated and experienced staff members will attend to them as soon as possible. |
Do you cover TAC and Workcover Claims? | Claims accepted are at the doctor’s discretion. We do not take old claims or transfer of claims from other clinics. |
Do you Bulk-Bill? | Yes, we are a BULK BILLING CLINIC A valid Medicare Card will be required on the day. An out-of-pocket cost will be incurred for procedures. Payment is required at the time of your consult (by either cash, debit or credit card). The Medicare Rebate can be processed after the consultation. Work Cover and TAC (until generated claim number is documented on file), and Pre-Employment Checks which are not covered by Medicare will incur private fees. Please ask our friendly staff for further clarification of costs. Treatment room fees may apply in some circumstances. |
